Abdul,
you have to complete your degree to get a job.
besides this, you can pursue any job oriented computer program to get in to IT, depending on your interest and ability.
instead of joining only DBA, you can consider Sun solaris system administration with Oracle DBA, which can get you an entry in IT industry.

The query that you have raised earlier mentions that you require details about ISMS. Pls note that ISMS in delhi and ISMS in Pune are two different institutions. ISMS in PUNE has no connection with the delhi group and they both are different. ISMS in pune deals with UK MBA programs where you do the first 9 months in India and the next 9 months in UK universities.
If you are interested in the UK MBA program, you have to contact info@ismsedu.org

Hi Bharat,
It seems that you want information regarding the IAS exam. In IAS, there are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. In order to prepare for IAS the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs. For your preparation i would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation. For the list of institutes you can refer to the below links
