in Ground Reality Environmental Engineering Doesn't Have Much Scope . as Almost more than 80% Syllabus of Environmental Engineering is of Civil Engineering. Mostly Environmental engineering Students do MBA and change their Field else most of do M.Tech and go to teaching Field. as in Corporate Sector Environmental Engineers have negligible Vacciencies.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted.
