Vaibhav Reddy.GRE is not required for postgraduate engineering study in UK. You need a IELTS score of atleast 7.0 and a high first class degree to meet the minimum requirements to be eligible to apply for admission in a highly ranked university ( For example, Cranfield, Imperial College of Science and Technology, Oxford, Cambridge etc). Other universities, may require IELTS scores of 6.0 or 6.5 and a high second class degree. Try to strike an even balance between quality of education and affordability. Give me a thumbs up if I have answered your question.

there are two things in english to be focussed on.
first is vocabulary. Until and unless you know proper words, you cant express. I would suggest you to start with "word power made easy" by norman lewis which is based on root-prefix-suffix system. for example, pro is a prefix which mean before. when added before the word noun, it becomes pronoun which is a word that is used for noun(in place of noun). Once you finish off this book, try doing GRE Barrons 3500 words list. This will be sufficient to get a very good vocab.
second is grammar. this is something which can be learnt by reading the concepts from a grammar book like Wren and Marti

you may go for higher studies. courses most relevant to you will be MTech or MBA. If you go for MTech in electronics, try getting into IITs or some good NITs so that you will get a job from campus itself. If you go for MBA, try getting in some college within top 30 as these have very good placements.
If you want to go for job only, I would suggest you to upload your CV on naukri.com. Also you can try for Probationary officer jobs in banks. There exists a lot many vacancies. Institutes like TIME offer PO coaching also which have very high conversion rates too.

The minimum academic entry requirement for the LL.M. is normally a First class degree in law from a UK university, or the equivalent from an overseas institution. For overseas students this typically means they will have placed in the top 5-10% of their class.
The LL.M. Admissions Committee does consider applications from those with a non-Law first degree, provided that in addition to their degree they have either substantial relevant professional legal experience or have obtained a professional legal qualification with the equivalent of a First Class result. However, a first degree in Law is the preferred preparation for the Cambridge
