You have not mentioned the exact course name which u want to pursue from Hochschule Esslingen University of Applied Sciences however you have to give GRE or IELTS test if you are seeking an admission in MS program in engineering kindly contact the university for the admission dates you may also apply online by downloading the application form then can send along with all the transcripts.
Since the medium of instruction in the international degree programmes is mainly english,you are not expected to have German language skills.Instead a proof of proficiency in english ,like IELTSor TOEFL,is often required.Neverthless the basic knowledge of german language will help u to interact with german students an to find a job.
