no need to spend so much of money and time duration for a clinical research course as what all institutes are charging basic qualification is a professional graduate or post graduate degree plus a minimum duration clinical research program with good study material and minimum fee to get basic knowledge of clinical research that will add an edge with the basic degree As companies are looking for trained proffesional thesedays but no need to got for 1yr or 2 yr courses with so much of fee that is purely wastage of money and time

Dresden University of Technology offers various courses however you have not mentioned here which course you want to do like UG or PG .however i would suggest you to check this link :- http://www.inf.tu-dresden.de/index.php?node_id=2702&ln=en
You may go for Bachelors in Computer Science , Master of Computer Science or Information Systems Engineering .

Main depend your experience.If you are complete every thing,but you have non-knowldge then you are waste for company.It is must have any knowldge which is like degree or subject or field.may be you have low marks,but you have much knowldge which are like degree or course or field,then you are not neglate from any company.Any company are take work and you are get much,much knowldge or expericne then you are prefect for any cmpany.Depend on your experince and knowldge .
