during your first year you may come across the basic subjects which you should focus more like C language and each branch have subjects mostly common in their 1st year,but from 2nd year you should mostly stress on subjects like C++,JAVA,.NET etc.so all the best

Only thing is check your experience. Is your experience in Finance and accounts, if not instead of sAP go for production planning or materials management (MM) module or go for ABAP or Basis
