Your overall aggregate will be evaluated, if you have 15 backlogs then I am afraid it's too much. However, if your final grades are good and you managed to secure an upper first class you may have a chance.

MCA is a sufficient educational qualification for getting a job in an IT company and get onsite assignment based on your work experience and skills. If you want to immigrate to a foreign country then it will be better to do MS in same country. It will increase your chances to get job and nationality. You may evaluate MS in Australia, Canada or Germany as these countries are not only good in quality of CS education but also liberal in granting work visa & nationality.

Hello,
You are advised to get it evaluated by the desired university, it is difficult to answer your question since the admission requirements are different for different universities. I suggest that first you give exams for admission in MBA course by preparing hard for it. Once you get a good score then try for an educational loan through the nationalized banks. You will sure get a loan if you get admission in a reputed college. You can pay back once you start earning.
