Yes, IIMs do accept the GMAT score, but only for one year executive program.
However, all the IIMs have a different requirement for the admissions.
For example: IIM-Ahmedabad will look at a score of 700+ only and a work experience of more than 7 years. Whereas, IIM-Indore might settle for a GMAT score of 650 and work experience of 5 years

IIT Bombay is one of the best college for B.Tech in India but all college are doubted about placement and it totally depends upon your luck for getting placement. TNEA is a single window counseling that is held every year for admission Into Anna University and its affiliated colleges.
The admission into Anna University is based on the aggregate marks in PCM out of 200 and there are reservations based on caste.
For general category (unreserved) the cut off would be generally above 198/200 while for BC it is around 197/200 and above.
So, if you mention your caste, board of exam, etc. then I may answer in detail.
