Hello,
No university will advertise this explicitly whether it admits students with backlogs, it will depend on your overall profile, the acceptance rate of the university, the type of applicants you are competing with and so on. 20 backlogs is a very big numbers for Canada, you must have had passed with a very high percentile to be accepted. Check Australia.

Guide-Level 14

Dear Siddharth,

And since you are just 12th passed, so I don't think that it is the age to start your "OWN" business. Because, you don't know the tricks and tactics of business. So, my suggestion is; if you are really enthusiastic for business then go for BBA-MBA (have some deep knowledge of business-finance-management) and then step into the world of business. This will enhance your survival chances and sustainability.
Ask any query at any time.
