IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services. IAS exam is conducted by UPSC every year. This Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. If you have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognised university are eligible for IAS exam. There is no score criteria. Final year student are applicable for IAS Exam. Age criteria for IAS exam for general candidate is 21 to 30 years old. Age relaxation is there as per government rule. Age relaxation for IAS exam:-
5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates
3 years relaxation for OBC Candidates
10 years relaxation for PHC candidates
5 years relaxation for Ex-serviceman

Getting a suitable internship could be an indefinite task. But, if you are lucky enough or applying through a proper channel you could see yourself holding an intern position within a month. To become an entrepreneur, there is no eligibility criteria. What one requires is the creative innovative mind along with a great and unique idea which makes you stand out of the crowd. Some courses which may help are BBA MBA, economics, finance, etc. Also, you must do these courses to learn and develop skills rather than earning degree.
