MAT (Management Aptitude Test) is carried out for the admission of students into the Master of Business Administration (MBA) course. The exam is held four times a year ( September, December, February and May) by the Centre for Management Services, which is a unit of the All India Management Association (AIMA).

Executive education means it is for working professionals who want to study further to enhance their profile but as working professionals cannot attend classes so distance education is actually meant for executives and their are many verticals in which distance education can be done. As you are looing in management field you can pursue your MBA in distance education. Now a days executive MBA known as EMBA one year course is introduced in market which is specially designed for working professionals but I will not suggest you that course as it is only certificate course and is not considered equivalent to masters and based on it you will later on not be able to go for higher studies like doctorate. It is better to do MBA in distance education rather than doing part time EMBA.
Lastly , i would suggest you do MBA from UGC approved university through correspondence so that your work schedule doesn't get disturbed.

hi mr.rahul,welcome to https://shiksha.com and i can understand ur problem most of the companies are kept a bench mark as 60% through out the academics because of high competition they just screening the candidates like this but getting second class division is not a sin we guys also having good and better jobs with high pay in private organizations but not in top mnc's dont think in negative way try for ur best if u dont get a job in ur campus try in off campus post ur resume in all job portals many jobs are waiting for u and revise and updated of ur core subjects and if u prepare for gate also it is not a matter and u also have a chance to get admission in iit's too its true and strange they wont loose qualified people.all the best

Germany is one of the few countries in the world which offers world class education at comparatively low cost as compared to US and Canada.
For pursuing MS in Germany you need to have:
Very good academic record, with 16 years of education in 10+2+4 pattern.
First class i.e. 60% plus in your undergraduate degree.
Apart from academics you have to take tests like:
GRE.
TOEFL.
Universities in Germany requires GRE score of 1200-1300 plus and TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
Though the national language of Germany is not English, but still it offers most of its international programmes in English, but it would be advisable to pursue some basic level course of German language before leaving for Germany.
