Please remember getting jobs abroad is very competitive as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with remaining international candidates.However if you fulfil the eligibility criteria for a particular job then getting a job should not be a problem.
In order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this are newspaper and job portals.

If your qualification and work experience matches the eligibility criteria, then you may apply for the job.

As you are planning to pursue your MBA from Germany, the country is not that much known for its MBA programs, instead it is known for it s technical courses and advancements. For MBA programs, you can look for countries like UK, USA etc.
But as you have mentioned Germany, there are a few universities offering a similar masters program. Few of the universities are:
Karlsruhe Institute of Technology,
Technische Universität München (University),
Coburg University of Applied Sciences,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
Fulda University of Applied Sciences,
Freiberg University of Mining and Technology,
University of Applied Sciences Bremen,
University of Applied Sciences Bonn-Rhein-Sieg,
Berlin School of Applied Sciences (HTW) etc.
For admissions you might have to give GMAT and TOEFL / IELTS as per the university requirement. However, I would advice you to visit the official website of the University to get the exact details as admission procedure may vary from university to university.
Education in Germany is govt. funded but not management programs, though there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee.
One of the organizations that you can approach for scholarships is DAAD, which is a German govt. approved organization and have their offices in various cities in India.

For immediate help, register yourself with various job portals like Naukri.com, Times Jobs, Monster, etc. and also constantly go through Employment News.
Also there are various parameters that define your candidature for jobs in companies such as education, soft skills, confidence, team spirit, etc.
**It is important that the distance degree should be earned from a recognized university or college.
Would advice you to keep applying and sit for interviews even if the company is not big. You have to start from somewhere so why not small.
Also work on traits like confidence, communication, personality development, current affairs, time management as these are very important to strive out in any organization with flying colors.
