Yes you are eligible to apply for CA profession. National Institute of Open Schooling stands equivalent to any other recognized board in India.
Adding more, following is the procedure:
* Pass CPT examination
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC)
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training (ITT).
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE).
* Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years.
* Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed.
* Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training.
* Pass both the Groups of Final examination.
* Get Final Examination Certificate.
* Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
* Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
* Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"

Process
Admission to this course is done through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) every year.
The process starts in January and is basically a three tier selection process of
· Common Entrance Test (CAT, CMAT or any other entrance exam accepted by DTE)
· Group Discussion (GD)
· Personal Interview (PI)
CMAT is a multiple-choice objective test evaluating the aptitude of the student in various areas like verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, logic, visual reasoning, reading comprehension and data interpretation.
Test is followed by a GD and PI round which carry a significant weightage in the entire selection process.

Eligibility
Basic Qualification: In order to secure admission to first year of two-year full time MMS course, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* ( 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian UniversitiesOR
Appeared** for the final year examination of any Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities. Such candidates can be considered for provisional admission subject to passing the Degree exam with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only).

Fees
The institute charges Rs. 1,00,000 (per annum) as approved by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti.
