Hi there. When have you completed your B.Sc and with what score? Have you appeared for IELTS. Once I have a glance at your academic certificates I would be able to suggest you some course. You can definitely apply for a PG but you would need to convince the visa officer for the change in the stream of study. For more detailed guidance contact us through the ecard available on Shiksha site or check our website www.educationworld.co.in. We represent more than 300 Universities/colleges across the world.

Hi Abhijit, dont want to hurt your sentiments, but profile of finance manager would depend upon an organization which is offering such profile requires a fresher or an experienced, if fresher then I believe MBA in finance is sufficient for the job (rest depend on profile to profile as finance is a very broad term) howevr seeing your interest that primarily lies in accountacy (as you are pursuing Tally 9), therfore will suggest you to join some organization instead going for further studies, if not, among the options which you have listed CFA is the best programme which you can opt for

Total Fees to be paid to ICAI for whole course comes to around Rs 50,000.00.
If you join coaching classes, fees would be near about 1 lakh to 2 lakhs from CPT to Final.
During articleship training you will get from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 10000 depending about city of training and level of the firm.
So if you take all the four years and calculate the cost it would be not much and may be you can earn more than your spending.
