If you are already pursuing your engineering then you can go for a separate graphic design course and if you've not joined any institute yet then I would like to inform you that there are specialized CS programs being run by some universities like UPES which incorporate Graphics and Gaming design in their CSE curriculum so you do not have to do such courses separately. Like UPES Dehradun offers 'B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering with specialization in Graphics and Gaming in association with IBM ' so you can pursue such programs if you have interest in this field. Such programs would help you to work as a:
Application Developer / Testing Engineer - Graphics & Gaming
Support & Testing of Gaming Applications
Development Engineer of Gaming in Mobile Apps

"Form Follows Function" is a common approach to designing a building. It means that, the form of a building should be a natural outcome of the building's function. Architect Louis Sullivan once famously said “form ever follows function” to denote that in architecture and interior design the form or look of a space is secondary to its practical functionality.
For example, think of a sports stadium. The function is to allow many spectators to watch a sporting event. The form then has a big open area in the middle, with seats surrounding it in a step-like fashion. All stadiums have this basic form because of their function. The concept can also be more subtle though.

It definitely is Masters in Planning and architeture, Interior design is ubiquitous these days, every second person is pursuing this course and there are many small institutes and colleges that has opened up and hence less demands as more and more interior designers are coming up opportunities are getting less, while Maters in town planning or Urban Designing is a fresh field, hence the no. of job opportunities are more and hence wider career growth. So, i would definitely suggest you to go for Masters in town planning than interior designing. In order to purtsue this course there are very few good colleges like NID,sushant school of architecture Gurgaon, UPES school of Design and Studies, CCA that offers these kind of courses. Placement wise UPES and CCA is one of the best so all the best for your future.
