Hi Dubey,
It totally depends on you. The main difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree and is offered by universities, whereas, PGDM is a post-graduate diploma offered by AICTE approved institutes.

Universities follow the UGC format for course content. On the other hand, reputed management institutes design their courses based on industry feedback and business relevance. In recent years demand for the MBA degree is softening. Over the years there have been occasional slowdowns in the growth of graduate management education. Most firms consider it necessary for employees to advance their careers. The demand for the traditional two-year MBA degree may have leveled off, at least temporarily, the financial rewards for earning an MBA are as strong as ever.
The demand is not declining but the salary packages are decline only because of competition from lesser knowledge from low standard institutions jumped in the market.

Among the many benefits of an MBA are a more marketable skill set and greater job security which may contribute to peace of mind. The skills you develop in your MBA are valuable to corporates, and

Hi Payal,
An MBA is just a degree. It won't help anyone become a better entrepreneur. MBA will make you understand various aspects of business in a very good manner. It will teach you how entrepreneurs manage to pick up on the job, it will take you through case studies of how some businesses sustained, it will attempt to impart practical knowledge.
MBA makes you understand the knowledge how a business run but it will not always make you a better entrepreneur.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up if you found this useful.
