As far as advantage of being a sales tax consultant concerns, you need to have proper qualification (CA/ CMA + LLB preferred).

MBA or Diploma in Stock Market are are two different course. One is a management course and other is the course providing the complete knowledge about stock market, share market.
For admission into MBA you need to have graduation degree and for Diploma in stock market you need to have passed 10+2.
If you are interested in both the courses than you can think of doing them. Opt for Diploma in stock market and after finishing this course you can do MBA.
