Any Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) passed student is eligible for M.Arch Degree course. Candidates appearing for the final exams of B.Arch can also apply.
Those eligible need to acquire a minimum of 50% in the entrance examination.

Yes, there is a fair chance for you at LPU; your NATA score (85%) is strong and meets the aptitude requirement, but for B.Arch eligibility LPU (as per COA norms) typically requires 50% in 10+2 with PCM or 50% in a 10+3 diploma with Mathematics, so the key point is whether your architecture diploma included Mathematics—if it did, then your 55% is enough and you should be eligible for admission at LPU; if not, eligibility may be an issue, but overall your NATA score puts you in a good position, so it's worth applying.
