Hi,
It's next to impossible that you would discover MBA oriented engineering course as Management science is a specialised field in its own right. However, I could definitely suggest you some engineering oriented management courses - that most engineers prefer to pursue:
MBA in Information Technology/ MIM for engineers specialising in software technology
MBA in Operations and MBA Production and Quality management for engineers specialising in Product research and development

PMAT broadly has two test sections- Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability. You need to focus on section wise topics, solve mock tests. Your preparation level and scores are well reflected through your mock tests. There is no section wise time limit of the test, hence you have to be careful about the time management factor. Divide the time wisely between the two sections while solving mocks. Allot time to each section and save the last 15 minutes for revision. Follow the same through the last week and on the test day.
The most important thing you must remember is not to burden your mind with the exam day stress. Keep calm and be confid

There is no difference between the entrance exam for MBA and PGDM. CAT/XAT/SNAP and other entrance exams are there for MBA/PGDM.
MBA colleges are affiliated to a university, whereas PGDM is offered by autonomous institutes. IIMs also offer PGDM degree. Check the below link for MBA colleges-

MBA part time fees differ from college to college. The duration is of 3 years and lectures are either every day in the evening or weekend again based on the college you opt out for.
In colleges like JBIMS which is well-known for its part time courses - the fees is 1.51 LPA for 3 years.
For Welingkar it's again the same - close to 1.8 LPA for 3 years
For NMIMS it is close to 6 LPA approximately
The exact fee amount keeps on fluctuating and can be found out by visiting the website of each college.
