PMAT broadly has two test sections- Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability. You need to focus on section wise topics, solve mock tests. Your preparation level and scores are well reflected through your mock tests. There is no section wise time limit of the test, hence you have to be careful about the time management factor. Divide the time wisely between the two sections while solving mocks. Allot time to each section and save the last 15 minutes for revision. Follow the same through the last week and on the test day.
The most important thing you must remember is not to burden your mind with the exam day stress. Keep calm and be confident about your preparation so far. It is a must to stay relaxed.
Revise as much as possible and try to complete the syllabus on time.

As far as for qualifications there are no such education qualifications are required to join a NGO provided one has sound knowledge of a subject if opt for educational programs of a NGO, there are some NGO like teach India where one needs to apply for volunteering opportunities for which you got paid, If you are considering to work as an employment opportunity, it is really hard to name organisation here as it completely depends on individual organizational skills requirements for any open positions in their respective work area. See you are already clear in your perspective for future that after BBA you need to do event management. So, no need to do anything apart from these things concentrate on this. That's it and even if you are going for a Diploma in event management, there is no other thing you need to do. You can even do it along with your BBA so that you can get extra benefits of experience along with BBA
And yes, one thing you can do if you are not going for Diploma is to go for event management as your specialisation in both BBA and MBA (if interested). That will benefit you a lot as it will only give you the direction towards your goal i.e. to be an event manager or something you have planned.
