You can apply online through the web portals once they are made available.
Selection is mainly through single-window counselling system based on your High school (i.e. 12th or junior college according to your state) marks, when studying under class 10+2 system in India. They see your PCM mark aggregate (generally called CUT-OFF mark in TN) out of 100.

Hello Sohel, The most obvious difference between the two is, that BE is Bachelor of Engineering and B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology.
The course materials as well as orientation of these programs are quite dissimilar.
While BE is data orientated, B.Tech is skill orientated. BE is more of a study based on theory and B.Tech is more of application engineering.
One will never be able to decide which course is better between the two. Both these courses have their own importance and place in the society. If a student wishes to join a field that is engaged with the manufacturing of electronic equipment, then the BE field is more suitable for him

You can start your own business online through an app or website. There are many paid and free apps where you can create your own website. Paid ones will offer you more services than free ones. GoDaddy is one such example. All you need is a good business idea. You can sell any goods produced from scratch or any services. You can do marketing on Facebook and other social networking sites. A good web page on these sites showing all the relevant information about your business will be a good way. More the views for your page and site better it is.

Hi,
You are in a very tough situation, you have to study day and night so that you can pass the 12th. You have to make a proper plan and you need to give proper time to each and every subject. I am understanding' about your situation. If I was on your side, then I would definitely pass out as I gave only 2-3 months to my B.Com 3 year and passed out with first division. I had given approximately 7-10 months to my first year of B.Com and got the second division and had given maybe 4-5 months to my second year and got the first division. I made strategies and proper plans and gave proper time and study day night so that I got passed. So, i

For the entrance, there is no such syllabus. There are two sets of written exam: CAT (Creative ability test) and GAT(General ability test). CAT checks upon your drawing skills and your designing skills, basically the creativity of one. GAT checks upon your basic English grammar, Logical reasoning, basic Maths (usually till class 10th) and how much updated you are with current affairs and your general knowledge. So, this sums up the so called 'syllabus' that you need although NIFT doesn't declares any specific syllabus for the entrance.

It is not clear, what you mean by "Without MAT score".
With MAT score, k g somaiya, NITs will be good choices.
Without MAT score, I am guessing you will take CMAT (because, you are not mentioning CAT), there are very small numbers of good colleges like K G Somaiya. But, cut off will be really high.
