I believe by CS you mean Computer Science, B.Tech CS has absolutely no correlation with MBA Finance, in which case it will be an entirely new ball game altogether. Though you are eligible to apply and can pursue if you clear the entrance process successfully, finance is an entirely different specialised branch which opens up fields like investment banking, financial and accounting profiles, financial analyst, etc.
Why do you wish to take this diversion in career?

To clear the exam, there are particular cut off marks that vary every year. But to get a good and a top NIT, your marks should be at least above 250 so that you won't miss out the chances whatever be the cut off.

First decide where to study, since you took the GRE I assume you want to study in US. You should check the admission requirements of the universities, every university has different admission criteria so you must prepare accordingly. You must also check the fee, scholarship options, post study work options, deadlines, etc.

The IIMs are the top ranking institutions for management programs. So, obviously the percentile would be higher only.
Usually, the percentile will be above 90 for which you need to have good profile.

I am very happy that you are dreaming and dreaming big. IIT Mumbai is the top draw for Aeronautical Engineering branch.
Regular studies, exercise and pranayama are the best thing in achieving your dreams. Plan a schedule that covers all this every day. Take mock tests. May be join a coaching institute. These will teach you how to answer quickly. That's it.
