Hi Smitha,
There are many institutes and Universities which conduct there own entrances like IIT conducts JAM test for MCA admissions, like wise VIT, GGS IP University and many more colleges offer institute specific entrances. The date and notifications will vary accordingly like for IIT JAM 2010 the forms will be available (online) from the last week of December, GGS IP university has already released its forms since 28th November and the same day the notifications were published as well.
I would suggest you to revert with the institute you wish to apply in, based on which I may be able to provide complete information.

Hi Yatiraj, to pursue masters in Germany you need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL. Since you want to go for Human resources you need to specify in your statement of purpose as to why do you want to change the field. For other courses no problem and you can go ahead and you may be asked to appear for GRE as well. But I recommend that you narrow down to one subject. Fee in Germany ranges from Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Classes in Germany begin in March and April and it takes about 9 months for the entire process of admission and visa. So plan accordingly.

Correspondence is a mode which is more offered in career courses and not in International Certification.
MCSE/ CCNA/ CCNP etc are international certification where in a person needs to qualify series of test and this total duration is less as compared to other courses also the classes are flexible to attend.
