Managing interior design and graduation in commerce course together will be strenuous task as both are totally different streams and demands proper time. So, it is up to you to decide whether you can balance both. Opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can manage.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. Accordingly, you may go for commerce and pursue interior design course afterwards.
So, decide sensibly before opting for both the courses.
