At post-graduate level, eligibility is graduation in any field along with a pass in the entrance test followed by group discussions and interview conducted by the institute. Hi Rhitayan, there many institutes in India offering modeling and acting courses which can be done right after passing class 12th. Check institutes like FTII, Pune and ISC, Pune etc. for requirements. These courses will train you accordingly.

There is nothing as such. SDMIMD is a place where all festivals are celebrated be it of North India or South India. All of us come together in any occasion. I myself do not belong to Karnataka and I have not faced any such circumstances of biasness. There may be students who might have not done well and thought it to be biasness. I suggest you complete your XII. While doing the school education, get some good vocal music teacher to train you in classical singing. Thereafter, in college, take vocal music as one of the subjects and continue your training in vocal music elsewhere also. Try to participate in singing competitions as much as possible.

JEE or JEE-Mains are standard level exams held on international level. By scoring in these exams, you can get admission in any college including NITs. On the other hand, EMCET is a state level exam and it won't help you in getting admission in any IITs or NITs colleges.

Make a fixed schedule
Make a list of books and notes and study material you want to prepare from.
Make a complete sight on:
