Both are good in their own sense. It's quite difficult to answer because every company gives different package in different institutions. It's not about college it's about your exposure. If you do well you would get a good package definitely. Don't just go by good or bad criteria.

Yes, you can attempt NEET again provided you are meeting other qualifying criteria like age, etc. Being in a government engineering college too will help in leaving it.

There is no 1-year degree.The degree courses are of at least 3 years.
There are multiple options available for you, some of them are:
1. CFA certification.
2. Financial risk manager certification.
3. Financial modelling certification.
4. Chartered wealth manager.
5. Certified financial planner.
You can also go for MBA or PGDM. It all depends on your interests.

JEE Mains is all about solving MCQs where profound knowledge is rarely required. Questions are mostly formula based and learning types but JEE advance calls for special preparation and 10 times more practice tests. You can score very well in JEE Mains if you are well versed with the class 11th and 12th syllabus and past years papers. But for JEE advance, you definitely need guidance from coaching and standard books.

Depends on what options do you have. Suppose you can get NLU them it's not a good option.
Infrastructure is really good, huge campus, a lot of opportunities but faculty members are below average and till now, there are no campus placement for law students but I heard now they are going to start it.
