For Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern plus B. Ed. (Special) in respective disability area/B.Ed. with at least One Year Diploma in Special Education from recognized institution in respective disability area with 50% marks in B.Ed. (Special)/B.Ed. theory.
Or,
Any Post Graduate Degree plus B.Ed. (Special) in respective disability area/B.Ed. with at least One Year Diploma in Special Education from recognized institution in respective disability area with 50% marks in B.Ed. (Special)/B.Ed. theory.

So good to know that you have made up your mind to go for JEE exam.
16 months period will be sufficient for you to crack JEE exam if you will dedicate yourself to your preparations. JEE is one of the toughest exams not even in India but also in the world. To crack this exam, you must be fully dedicated towards your studies.
If you are aiming for JEE Mains, then 16 months are more than enough to pass this exam. But never aim for just passing the exam. Aim for being in the top 100 qualifiers.
First, get knowledge about all the syllabus of JEE Mains exam and prioritize the topics on their weightage. Get help from the link I am sharing to save your precious time:

After this, make a timetable. Never be hard on yourself. Balance the time of studies, sleeping, playing and hanging out with friends. 6-8 hours will be sufficient for you to get you through this exam.
After that start with the basics. Do not rush to the JEE questions. Make your self comfortable first by going for the NCERT books and complete them thoroughly.
After completing all these books, go for the all the JEE books to dig deeper.
Practice lots and lots of quality questions. This is mandatory. Go for the previous year's papers and solve them.
If you can achieve the above guidance, then success will be just a step ahead.
