A total of 125 students were inducted for the IPM programme in the academic year 2018. However, after introducing the EWS quota/Scheme, the seats are expected to be increased. The total fee for the 5-year course was around INR. 30 Lacs. Regarding placements and detailed information, I would suggest you visit the official IIMI website, where every such information is available. Thanks and Best.

So good to know that you have made up your mind to go for JEE exam.
16 months period will be sufficient for you to crack JEE exam if you will dedicate yourself to your preparations. JEE is one of the toughest exams not even in India but also in the world. To crack this exam, you must be fully dedicated towards your studies.
If you are aiming for JEE Mains, then 16 months are more than enough to pass this exam. But never aim for just passing the exam. Aim for being in the top 100 qualifiers.

Yes, you can. You can apply for ePGP program of IIM-A which is primarily a distant learning program offered by IIM-A. The selection for the same is through CAT only & there is no placement support provided by IIM-A. Having said that, all the participants are considered bonafide students of IIM-Ahmedabad and will enjoy similar privileges, including alumni status.
