B.Tech computer science is practical oriented course while B.Sc computer science is theory oriented course.
In B.Tech computer science you will study core subjects which form the basis of computer science.
In B.Tech computer science you will study from basics to latest technologies.
In B.Sc computer science will study the basics.
According to me B.Tech computer science is better with ample of opportunities also it is a professional degree. These are my assumption.
Ultimately, you are the one to decide. We can guide you but the decision is yours. You only know your interest area. So, decide accordingly.

Yes, you can easily score 80+. Just keep practicing the numerical and revise the concepts. Solve previous years papers fully. Analyse the way questions are asked and try writing appropriate answers. Always use graphs/diagrams where ever possible. Best of luck.

The sponsors of such colleges have prevailed upon some state government's to treat B.Sc as equivalent to Diploma for lateral admission in 2nd year of engineering. Hence, you need to status of your state from webpage of DTE of technical education.
However, a word of caution. More than 50% engineers could not get jobs after passing out. Around 300 engineering colleges are prevented from accepting any fresh admission from the coming session.

Admissions to this college are restricted to only those students who are domicile of Maharashtra. Only a few seats may be available for all India quota but this is declared only at 11th hour.
