There are institutes like WABS TALK, Inlingua and British Council, which offer English speaking courses. You can watch some English TV series with subtitles. If you know a friend who knows English well, then you should practice talking to him and ask him to point out your mistakes.

Hi Aju,
Scholarships are merit based, mostly MBA applicants receive scholarships from the universities if they have a very good profile, outstanding work experience and academics, very good GMAT scores, extra-curricular, etc. You can check any university website for financial aid information. For more suggestions you have to mention the country.

Hi Akula,
Most of the colleges across India have the lateral entry provision. Some colleges take admission based on your Diploma percentage and some based on the LEET examination.

Hi Aju,
Mentioned below are some of the courses that you can pursue:
CATIA V5 (running well as of now), AutoCAD (best tool before CATIA), solidworks, Pro E, Hypermesh, ANSYS, UNIGRAPHICS (current trend).
Stick to the basic tools first like AutoCAD and solid edge and then big tools like CATIA and UG as they can be learnt easily (as far as designing is concerned). If you are interested in analysis Ansys, CFD and hypermesh then go for them as they are the best tools to get trained.
