There is no MBBS program in USA. You must complete your Bachelor's degree, then you can take MCAT and then seek admissions in a medical school. To study Bachelor's degree in US, you need to take SAT and TOEFL exam and apply into biological sciences program. You must be very good in your academics to get admission in a medical school.

NDIM - New Delhi is good to pursue MBA program. This college has good study environment and placement record. The average package is Rs.3.5 LPA to Rs.4 LPA.
