Most of the Universities require minimum 55% in Master's degree as eligibility for M.Phil and few require minimum 60% in Master's degree.

There is no course to become an IT manager directly.
Following paths are available to become an IT Manager:
1. Technical developers, testers or other technical resources after few years of experience can grow as IT manager.
2. Business analyst after few years of experience can grow as IT manager.
3. Domain Specialist with project management certifications may be absorbed as IT managers.

about filmmaking
Filmmaking contains all the aspects regarding film, i.e script acting camera sound, editing.
If you want to learn filmmaking then go for asifm. because there degree available for proper film making course along with specialization in a single aspect. admission through entrance exam and interview
in AAFT you can learn single aspect of filmmaking i.e direction only or acting only etc. But ASIFM offering full filmmaking course, so go with asifm according to your query.

You should prepare for GMAT exam and get a decent score along with your graduation. After that, based on your score you can apply to any university of your choice. For scholarship, you need to check with the respective university.
I would suggest you to work for at least 3 years before applying for MBA abroad as universities there seek candidates with prior work experience.
