Hi Rajesh, its nice to know that you know Japanese, also please attention to your English. An MBA does not come in Languages it is a management oriented program. If you want to study Languages further then you should be looking at something like M A and courses like that. GEMS B SCHOOL however will help you get a job keeping your language skills in mind. a Language expert has a lot of scope in the market today.

Job shifts are based on need and requirement. There is no hard and fast rule that this job is meant for night and day. First step is study, learn and practical on Oracle DBA. You will go for course then you learn and explore many things.
