Hi,
To get admission in the best MBA institutes/ universities, you need to appear for an entrance exam like CAT, MAT etc. If you want to join 2017-2019 batch, you can still appear for May MAT exam. Else, you will have to wait another one year to qualify for CAT, XAT or CMAT.

As per me, you should go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most of the companies need them to protect their own data. These jobs work on the same logic that the best thief can protect the data in the best way.
For the same, you can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification courses, if you wish to.
Ensure you do these courses alongside a degree course (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, etc.) for bet

You may send your updated mark sheet to the university and hopefully, it will be accepted. You need to send the mark sheet without the backlogs to other universities. Depending on the country you choose, you need to see their requirements like GMAT, TOEFL/ IELTS, CV, etc.

Yes, you can appear for class 10th and 12th from NIOS because there is no age bar in distance mode and through that you can enhance your education history and think for further education too.
