Bioengineering overlaps with Biotechnology in many aspects but also expands to medical applications, genetic engineering, cell engineering, biomimetic, and bio printing. For example, Biomedical is a combination of biology and medicine, usually used in an applied engineering case, to create devices, machines, equipment, etc. For use by hospitals, doctors, nurses, caregivers, patients, etc. To administer care, diagnose illness, treat illness, etc. Biomedical Engineering goal is to make people live longer, live better, and recover faster. Bioengineering doesn't always have the end goal of helping with people's health. Biotechnology refers to manipulating biological processes to create desired products in an efficient high throughput manner. Or it can refer to genetically modifying organisms to introduce desirable properties such as crops that don't need pesticides. Biotech has made advances in food quality/quantity and chemical manufacturing.
