I can better compare XIME-Bangalore and Christ University-Bangalore. On most of the grounds, these two colleges are similar, where it varies is: placements, at XIME the percentage of placed students and average package is more than Christ Bangalore. Fees is higher at XIME, however it's worth.

Sorry to say with no false hopes there are no chances to even qualify for IIM C because for the admission into IIM you need to be good in all areas. Your academics are not that good to get IIM. You can try for other institutions.

Yes, there is an entrance exam for M.Sc Zoology and many universities such as Delhi University, Punjab University, JNU and many other universities.
