No, NIT offers aerospace engineering. Only a few IIT's (probably IITM, IITB, IIT Kanpur, IIT Khara) offer aerospace engineering. Highly competitive. You need to have a very good JEE rank to get in to these programs. Aerospace Engineering is not provided by any NIT, BITS or IIITs.

Choose a perfect path to join MEM after BE. If you don't feel like getting into technical side to proceed further MEM is the best choice, as you will get subject knowledge + Management. The percentage of Management and Technical will differ upon many Institutes, so choose wisely.

Yes, it is available. Private buses are there, but till 6:00 pm.  You won't get a single transport after 6:00 pm. You will have to opt for expensive cabs. In the morning, you will get the first bus from 8:30 am from the University to Solan.

It depends on which course you would like to choose in NIT, Trichy. Like the main courses which have high demand which is not possible but the courses which have quite less demand might be available. Even your category comes into consideration here at the time of counselling.
