This totally depends upon the current stats, but as per mu assumption it will be goo if you have scored >80% in 10,12. And in CAT you have to be above 90%.

For teaching aptitude, you can refer to various books that are available at book stores and also available online. Refer to past question papers and try to solve them as much as possible. This way you will know what to expect in the exam. Try to take mock tests. This will help you have a strategy in terms of which questions to tackle first and how to finish the exam on time.
