Hi Suresh!
The logistics and supply chain is a growing sector in India. Any business with the aim to evolve cannot overlook the importance of logistics in business operations. It is logistics that supervise the transportation and distribution of goods, materials and all other commodities. After earning an MBA in Logistics & Operations, your career opportunities are set to broaden. You would easily get opportunities to work in planning and policy-making, motivation, evaluation, product development and inventory control. If your company is large enough, you could focus on overall management or on a small specific area of the supply chain.

There will not be a problem in admission. So, the process will have a group discussion and a personal interview round among the selected candidates. About the MBA program, you'll have finance, marketing, human resources, operations as your major/minor in the second year. The first year will have all the subjects as mandatory. The infrastructure, faculties, hostels, mess food, the clubs that are present in the college, the pattern of examination, grading, etc. everything is pretty decent & will benefit you for your overall personality development. This will help you seek a good placement with a decent package.

Both of these courses have their own merits. Students interested to have a job in Software or in computer applications can choose to study BCA. BCA course is also a good option for students who wish to take a postgraduate degree in MCA. Students who are interested in Database operations or Internet can go for B.Sc IT. Anyway, both these courses can offer challenging jobs in the field of computers. Regards.
