Hello Sujana,
Yes, you can appear for TNEA. As you have completed your HSC from other state, you may have to apply under other state quota. You can get admission based on your board exam marks and there is no entrance exam.

Hello,
Unfortunately, with that low score, there is no good MBA college which one can get as the cutoffs, generally, are very high (90+ percentile). And the ones you might get won't be simply worth enough at all. I suggest you either reappear for ATMA or focus on the other upcoming exams like CET and MAT.

For majority of the MIM courses, you must clear GMAT. Most importantly, you must know that most American universities require 16 year education for Masters.
