First and foremost, you have to complete your undergraduate degree from a recognised university. You must be academically very strong and sound to be considered for admission in a German university. Normally if we look around, students who apply or being accepted by German institutions are very strong academically and have percentages in the range of 85 to 90% and above. Some other key requirements also include knowledge of German language although many universities do not require prior knowledge of German language. You must also take the IELTS. The eligibility criteria for this course in most colleges is graduation in any discipline with Mathematics and English as a main subjects with minimum 50% aggregate. However, institutes prefer students with a B.Sc /BE /B.Tech Degree.

The only way to take admission in 2nd year or final year of B.Com is to do it in correspondance through any of the "Open University". To take admission you must visit there sites as they provide you direct admissions you need not to give any Entrance Exam or Interviews.
