Hello Ujjwal,
If you are expecting so low marks in JEE Mains, then nobody can help you. These marks will not get you admission anywhere. Your marks in 12th are good but these days hardly any college gives admissions based on this.

Jamia Milia has its own entrance exam for law admissions usually scheduled in may. There are 120 seats including the reserved ones. One has to complete 10+2 with atleast 50% marks in English and core subjects. And age should not be more than 20 years.
