It depends on your interests and career plan. The options after B.Sc in Biotechnology would be to do your Masters and then do your doctoral studies if you wish to be in the area of Research or a job in academia .
Some options are available for getting a job in the area of Production control or Quality Analyst in organizations such as Biocon, You should be really good with your basics on concepts such as Fermentation technology, Bio-remediation etc.
However, its worthwhile doing your Masters and your doctoral studies (Ph.D) and then trying for a job.
What really matters is your interest and the career plan that you have planned for yourself, whilst understanding your skills and what you are good at.
