There are two ways to look at this problem.
First option: You go by elimination, which is you read about different fields of engineering and keep on eliminating them on the basis of your interest, boring subjects and what you truly live for instance:
Chemical engineering - No way, I hated chemistry.
Architecture - Maybe, why not. I do like designing .
Civil engineering - Building only houses looked boring.
Naval engineering - too hard to get in, but no real interest either.
Mechanical - I could live with it, but Electrical looked more fun.

Hi,
There is no such definition of "best career" option. It all depends on your interest and your attitude towards the behavioral pattern of this subject. A particular subject might be best for you and might not be so good for someone else. So, first try to analyse your interest and potentials. If you need help get your counselling done, it is very helpful.
There are many areas of work you can go after doing graduation in psychology. Either go for higher studies and opt for college lecturer or do B.Ed and go for school teaching. You can also go for clinical psychology (science stream required).
