I think if you really want to get IIT, you should drop a year as you failed to qualify the JEE Mains exam. A drop year for JEE is risky as the chances to clear IIT are 50% only.
So be ready if you really want IIT.

For admission in CSE in any of the IIT you need to achieve rank below 1000. This only will give you semblance of chance for fructification of your dream.

If You are looking for 5 year integrated law course, it id done after 12th with combination of BA/B.Com/BBA. After completion of these course, you proceed with LL.B. On the other hand, if you go for LL.B. After graduation, it is 3 year programme. Syllabus for Law programme remains the same. Law programs are only done after graduation. Content remains the same. IGNOU doesn't offer LLB programme affiliated to BCI. In Delhi NCR region good institutes like DU and Amity University offer LLB programme affiliated to BCI.
