Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management is a 3-year undergraduate programme that provides knowledge on how the hotels are run, the management, hotel administration, and skills to attend to the customer. B.Sc. Hotel Management is spread over 6 semesters, with the final 2 semesters being based on the candidates chosen stream of study. Students who have passed out class 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% with English as the compulsory subject from a recognised board are eligible to opt for this course. The subjects taught in B.Sc. Hotel Management are Front Office, Personality and Communication Development, Food Production, Housekeeping, Hygiene and Sanitation, Laundry Operations, Food Science, Food and Beverage Service, Nutrition etc.
