1. Balance- You should identify the weightage of each sections and sub-sections and allocate the time keeping your strengths in mind.
2. You should invest sufficient time in improving, strengthening your vocabulary and reading skills from the beginning. Having good command in Vocabulary and Grammar will help you score more marks in less time.
3. A good understanding of the economy, current affairs and who's who of business world coupled with knowledge on history & sports will help deliver a high score.
4. Just be relaxed and calm. Follow a study plan without any failure. Do your best.

Dear Puja, qualification and experience wise, you are eligible for flexible MBA course (15 to 21 months) from London Business School. Its admission program for 2012 is already closed. You may try for next year. Its fees is 57,000/- euro and very costly. There are number of scholarships available, many of which considers a candidate during application stage itself and in others you have to apply.
The application fee is 165 euro. You are required to give GMAT and ILETS.
You need to ask two people to be your referees. They should be:
your current employer (if you don't want to ask your employer to be a referee, a colleague is acceptable)
someone else who knows you well in a work context, for example a former employer or long-standing client.

Medical and C.A are two different ends. Both being evergreen careers, offers a promising scope with lucrative options.
*If mathematics and finance interest you then opt for commerce - you can opt for professional courses like Chartered Accountancy (CA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Cost Accountancy (from ICWA), Company Secretary Ship (CS), Stock Broking or MBA.
*If science interests you then you can pursue engineering, civil aviation, merchant navy, medicine, architecture, etc.
The choice will depend on your individual interests, personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals. It will help to work with career guidance professional. Alternatively you can take some online assessments of skills and personality to understand yourself better.

As said by @krishna katti , writing and qualifying exams for premier govt. services are one of the good options to go with, if your are keen to take a up job. But if you are looking forward to further education, there are ample of options available to you as per your desire and career aspirations.
One could be opting for M.Sc in the subject based on your education background, interest and capability. After which you can look up UGC NET / PET exams for PhD and career in lectureship.
Other way would be if you are looking forward to change your stream, then you may opt for management field by taking up MBA degree from a reputed institute.
Your decision should be a result after considering all the factors like your eligibility for the course, interest, academic background, capabilities, area of strength/ weakness.
