Acc. to the last years’ [2016] report it was around 150.
This year's listings are yet to be declared but if the cut-off for general candidates to be promoted to the Adv. is 81 then The minimum score would be definitely around 100-110 (it’s just an approximation).
If you want you can check: -http://pict.edu/admissions/cut_off/

No, 63 marks are too low to get even in a B-grade college, either you should accept a favorably average college and focus on area of presentation skills, better performance in academia and emerge out or wait for another year and prepare well.

Hello Nayan,
Your JEE rank is too low so you must try for a private college which accepts 12th marks or take their own entrance exam.

Hello Swami,
If he got the branch of his choice in any NIT's then only send him to NIT's, but as you said he got very good rank in VIT so he can get good branches there. Send him to VIT, Vellore, because as per the latest NIRF ranking VIT secures 13th position surpassing many IITs and NITs.

Hello Nayan,
Your rank is very far beyond to get any good colleges, so simply avoid admission via JEE Mains, figure out where you stuck, and prepare well for your other exams that you may have applied for.

Hello,
As per your rank in JEE Mains you have very slim chances of getting any reputed colleges so try avoiding colleges based on your rank in JEE, they are worthless, so just figured out what happened wrong and prepare well for your other exams.
