The percentage/marks that a university or a college needs to enrol students till a certain score could be defined as cut-off marks. Different colleges have different cut-offs like SRCC had 98% last year.

Hello Makham Shaikh,
You need not appear for JEE Mains as you need to get admission for Diploma, after that, if you want a degree, you have to appear for Diploma to degree counselling, i.e. apply in B.Tech via lateral entry. Check the link given below and get the list of best colleges:

Hope this helps! All the best for your admission!

Hello Sunny,
With just 54 percentile in CET, it's quite difficult to get admitted into a "good" B-school in Pune and the colleges giving you admission won't be "good"; it would be a waste of both money and time to pursue MBA from such colleges. I would advise you prepare well and given these exams another shot next year. Try aiming 98+ percentile in order to stand a chance of getting a "great" B-school in Pune or Mumbai.

No, it's not easy. I don't say it's difficult too but it's a challenging course. You need to be more focused, patient and very hardworking.
