NEET is not required abroad, it's only for Indian medical schools. But for USA and Malaysia different exams would be required. Also, in US there is no MBBS, you must complete your bachelor degree, then clear the MCAT exams to study medicine. I will advise you to visit university websites and check the admission requirements.

1. KIIT is a private university and dream of Mr Samanta who hails from a very poor family. When nobody was ready to take the land on the area of Bhubaneswar, he took the challenge and developed the whole area. Cost of setting infrastructure is very high. Being a private university it does not get any grants from UGC or MHRD
2. KISS is another arm of Dr. Achyuta Samanta where 25000+ tribal children get free education upto PhD level free of cost including their food and accommodation, naturally, the cost is covered by paid students of KIIT.
3. KIIT does not make any profit in fact it is under almost 300 crore def

As your rank is low, you must try in any other private college or you must try in REAP to get admission in a government college of Rajasthan whose counseling begins from 15th of June.

Check NUS and NTU in Singapore. John Hopkins University in US is one of the best. You may check foreign university campuses in Malaysia for your MBBS. Remember to study in US you must complete your BS degree of 4 years and take your MCAT before commencing your medical studies. Take a look here:

The best way to predict a college through JEE Main score is Shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITs-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.
Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil, these are evergreen branches but CS,IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
So choose a suitable branch.
