Hi,
Every cut off will be less than the previous cut off. First cut off is generally very high for good colleges, but after 5th and 6th cut off, the top 4 percentage can come down low .It depends upon the course & college.

Yes, sure. You can definitely take admission in B.Sc Biology whether you have maths or not. But just make sure that you have PCB in 12th and a minimum of 50-60% in 12th in order to be eligible for appearing in the entrance exam. Study well, focus and concentrate on your studies.
