If you are of SC/St category, then you are qualified but I am not sure that you will get the college or not since the cutoff are 29 only and you scored just 1 more to it. But, you are qualified for JEE Advanced score more in that and try to get a seat by that only.

You may get the top IIIT but getting the IIT through JEE Main is difficult because IIT is allotted to those only who have secured a good marks in JEE Advanced .
So in my opinion you definitely get the IIIT but hope for the best so that you can get the IIT. Try for JEE Advanced so that you can get the IIT by that .

Moreover, you are eligible for the admissions when you get marks above 60% in boards but you'll get admissions only when you either pass LPU-NEST or qualify JEE Mains for B.Tech courses) and for other courses, if you are above 70% in your boards, then you don't have to give LPU NEST and for less than that (70%), it is mandatory.
