If you want to take admission in Rajasthan, then fill LEEP form. It will help you to get good government college in Rajasthan and for all over India colleges, you can check the website of colleges because they have special programme for that.

No, it is not necessary but in case you have done that, then one can directly enrol for intermediate, Foundation exam becomes exempt if you are graduate with at least 55%.

Yes, Physics, Maths and Chemistry is compulsory if you want to do B.Sc (Hons) in physics. There might be some colleges in which it might not be required but in most of the colleges and universities it is an important criteria for admission. So, you have to do your own research in that case.
